Jay Leno is returning to the stage almost as quickly as he got back behind the wheel post-car fire.
Page Six can exclusively reveal that the comedian, 72, still plans to perform his previously scheduled show in Hermosa Beach, Calif., this coming weekend.
“I’ll be performing Sunday at The Comedy & Magic Club,” Leno told an inquiring paparazzo Tuesday while driving a Mercedes-Benz E55 into the same garage where the Nov. 13 explosion occurred.
Despite the fact that scarring from the third-degree burns to his face and hands was visible during the conversation, the former “Tonight Show” host appeared to be in good spirits.
“[I’m] hanging in there. Everything’s fine,” he insisted before bravely heading back into the scene of the freak accident.
