The former “Today” show co-host posted the first photo of herself and newborn grandson Finn via Instagram Sunday.
“What a joy to spend sweet time with baby FINN,” the 69-year-old wrote, two days after her daughter, Cassidy Gifford, announced the infant’s arrival.
“I am the most blessed of women. It seems!” Kathie Lee continued. “Happy Fourth of July everybody.”
In the sweet snap, the journalist gazed down at the baby boy while sitting in a recliner.
Katie Lee’s social media followers congratulated her in the comments — including her former colleague Al Roker.
“Right behind you, KLG. Ours is due tomorrow,” the weatherman wrote, referencing his pregnant daughter Courtney Roker’s upcoming arrival. “God bless little Finn.”
Kathie Lee became a grandma in May 2022 when her son, Cody Gifford, welcomed son Frank with his wife, Erika Brown. The 1-year-old is named after Kathie Lee’s late husband, Frank Gifford.

In December 2022, Cassidy revealed her and husband Ben Wierda’s pregnancy news with a holiday-themed Instagram post, writing, “A whole lot extra to be praising Jesus for this Christmas. Our little peanut arriving June 2023.”
The newborn joined the family on June 24, with Cassidy waiting until Friday to share a photo of his feet.
“Our whole entire world,” the new mom captioned Finn’s debut. “We are so madly in love with you, buddy. Thank you, Lord for this most precious gift.”
Cassidy and Wierda have been married since June 2020.
After the couple’s backyard wedding during the coronavirus pandemic, they tied the knot again in front of family and friends in October of the following year.
