Lala Kent celebrated the one-year anniversary of her split from Randall Emmett just days after the movie producer’s ex-wife, Ambyr Childers, claimed he threatened her life.

The “Vanderpump Rules” star — who ended her engagement with Emmett last October — reflected on her decision to leave the 51-year-old after he allegedly “tackled” her and pushed her to the ground when she questioned his infidelity.

“Happy Independence Day to me,” the 32-year-old captioned a photo of her at the beach with the pair’s daughter, Ocean.

“I had all my ducks in a row and it was time to execute my game plan of escaping a toxic and unsafe place. Even writing this, my heart has started pounding. I didn’t know what my future would hold,” she continued on her Instagram Story.

Kent revealed that she lost 30 pounds due to “stress” and “trauma,” but she “had to carry on, without skipping a beat — my daughter needed me.”

She continued, “And when it all became too much, I would hand it over to God and the universe. I knew they would cradle me. They did and they have ever since.”

The reality star went on to thank her family for supporting her, adding that she finally feels “happy” and is taking things “one day at a time” until the pair can reach a “resolution” for their 1-year-old child.

Kent also spoke out about the latest allegations against her ex-fiancé, posting screenshots of his alleged conversation with attorney Ben Valencia.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Childers filed for an emergency domestic violence restraining order against her former spouse after he accidentally forwarded her inappropriate emails where they talked about their two daughters.

In the messages, which Lala shared, the family law attorney reportedly wrote, “When will you get some real money together so we can take this c–t out once and for all. This is not good for your girls.”

Emmett allegedly responded, “I don’t have real money for this and you know it.”

In the filing, the “You” actress claimed she feared for her “safety” and “wellbeing” after reading the exchange.
