Sorry for partying (pantsless).
On Monday, Michael B. Jordan set the internet ablaze with his sexy new Calvin Klein underwear campaign, with thousands of fans thirsting after the actor (and his ripped abs) on social media.
And at that evening’s “Creed III” premiere, Jordan revealed that he apologized to his mother before the steamy photos dropped.
“I was like, my mama gonna have to see this,” Jordan told ET Canada on the red carpet.
“Let me call her and be like, ‘I’m sorry. It’s out here.’ I’ve got my business all out in the streets — literally.”
The Mert & Marcus-photographed ads mark Jordan’s first time working with the brand, following in the footsteps of Hollywood hunks like Mark Wahlberg, Justin Bieber and Jamie Dornan.
“This was like, a moment, you know? Just to have everything come together at one time, it feels great,” he said of the campaign’s release coinciding with the opening of “Creed III,” his directorial debut.
“To be able to share that moment with my other actors, who are having a moment of their own as well, it just feels special. It feels like everything is happening at the right time,” he added.
People’s 2020 “Sexiest Man Alive” cemented his title when he stripped down for the underwear ads, wearing nothing but boxer briefs in most of the black-and-white shots.
“Lord, forgive me for I have sinned. I lusted in my heart for this man, and I’m asking you to cleanse my mind,” one fan quipped in the comments section of Calvin Klein’s Instagram post spotlighting the campaign.
“Hey guys please be respectful of my and my husband’s relationship we are in an EXCLUSIVE and SERIOUS relationship and it would be nice if you girls can pipe down a bit because yall aint getting all that tonight,” another joked.
Fans will be pleased to know that after splitting from Lori Harvey last summer, Jordan is now single and ready to mingle.
The “Black Panther” star even revealed he’s using the celebrity dating app Raya while hosting “Saturday Night Live” in January.
