A heartbroken mom has been left devastated after no one showed up to her daughter’s third birthday party.
Gloria, who does not disclose her full name, had planned a Minnie Mouse-themed gettogether for daughter Daleyza.
The family had festooned their backyard in Modesto, California, with pink balloons, glistening streamers and enough chairs to seat up to 20 guests.
Gloria took to TikTok to vent her frustrations after not a single person arrived – but things eventually started looking up.

Gloria took to TikTok to vent her frustrations after not a single guest arrived – but things eventually started looking up
In the 18-second clip, Gloria panned the camera around the backyard to show off the themed décor which had a table of treats as the centerpiece.
She had also set up three dining tables flanked by at least 20 folding chairs for guests – all of which remained empty.
The clip concluded with a heart-wrenching shot of her daughter jumping up and down with a single adult companion in a Minnie Mouse-patterned moon bounce.
Gloria overlaid text on the desolate scene which read: ‘My baby turned three and no one came to her party. I cooked and made a bunch of pastries.
‘I was excited to celebrate with family and friends. No one showed up for her.’
And the clip was quickly flooded with support from other social media users.
‘That’s so messed up! Next time invite me girl I will bring my whole family who will bring all types of food and gifts,’ one offered.
‘Your daughter is blessed to have you as a mother. You and your daughter deserves better friends/family,’ another wrote.

But it seems that in the end all was not lost.
In a follow up video, Gloria revealed that her niece had traveled nearly 1,300 miles in order to make it to the party.
‘Update: My niece traveled 1,296 miles and surprised me and she’s the one who lives the furthest and canceled all of her plans just to come to my Babies birthday,’ she wrote.
In the comments, Gloria mentioned the niece was also her daughter’s godmother, adding, ‘She’s very busy always, and she was able to make time for her.’
And there would soon be another silver lining – courtesy of sympathetic TikTok strangers.
Numerous strangers reached out to Gloria to express sympathy for the plight – with at least one promising to send the little girl a gift
‘I found your link for Amazon in your bio! I ordered her a couple things!! I hope she likes them!,’ one comment on the original video read.
And, just a short time later, a new video appeared on Gloria’s TikTok that captured her daughter’s delight as she opened two Amazon packages.
The little girl’s face lit up as she unwrapped a Minnie Mouse book and Minnie Mouse bracelet.
The TikTok ended with Gloria thanking the sender, gushing: ‘Thank you so much for the bracelet and the book.
‘It’s such a beautiful gift, thank you! She loves it, she loves loves loves it.’
