A MUM has said she is lost without her daughter after she went to school one day and never came home.
Natalie Jayne, from Wakefield, West Yorkshire, has told of her heartbreak following the loss of 10-year-old Rai-Leyah Parveen Jayne Saddique.
The young girl suddenly collapsed at school on November 9 last year.
Rai-Leyah was unconscious and non-responsive when mum Natalie arrived within three minutes of receiving a phone call.
After being rushed to hospital, Natalie was given the tragic news her daughter had a bleed on the brain and had suffered an aneurysm.
The schoolgirl was treated at Leeds General Infirmary where fluid was extracted.

However, the operation was unsuccessful and her family were told she was brain dead.
Natalie was told it was only a matter of time before she would have to say goodbye as machines were the only thing keeping Rai-Leyah alive.
Natalie said: "It was a matter of time before my beautiful daughter would pass away, the machine was doing all the work for her breathing, we were told she was fully brain dead.
"Rai-Leyah was the most loving, kind and caring unselfish person in this world.

"She loved before being loved, she always had a smile on her face, she wanted everyone else to be happy, she loved life, her family and all her friends.
"We are forever broken and lost without her."
Natalie is now raising awareness on the symptoms of a brain aneurysm after the unexpected death of her daughter, who was "fit and healthy".
She added: "10 days before Rai-Leyah collapsed she suffered from severe headaches that lasted five days.
"She was vomiting, was sensitive to light, and had slurred speech.
"I need to make this clear to everyone that migraines are not common in children and please do not let the hospital send you away without a scan."
A GoFundMe has since been set up to raise money for a memorial bench and to name a suite at the hospital after the little girl.
Symtpoms of brain aneurysms
According to the NHS, symptoms of brain aneurysms include headaches, numbness and loss of visoin.
The full list of symptoms:
- Visual disturbances such as loss of vision
- Pain above or around your eye
- Numbness or weakness on one side of your face
- Difficulty speaking
- Headaches
- Loss of balance
- Difficulty concentrating or problems with short-term memory
The health service urges anyone with symptoms to see their GP immediately adding not all aneurysms will rupture – but it's important to get them checked.
