‘My wife is cheating with rich guy – I don’t mind as it gets her out the house’

Finding out your partner is cheating is never going to go down well.

However, this one bloke may be an exception to that rule.

After discovering his wife is bonking a man who is financially better off than him, the husband's reaction was not what you would first assume.

Instead of confronting her with his heartbreak, the scorned bloke had other ideas.

It turns out he actually wanted to befriend the 'rich' man his wife was bedding for a number of interesting reasons – one being he likes that she gets out the house.

Oh, and that he has a "great" Scalextric set.

Taking to confession page Fesshole on Twitter, the anonymous bloke explained: "My wife is having an affair with some wealthy bloke and she thinks I don't know.

"I would like to be friends with the guy who she's sh***ing because I know he's got a great Scalextric set and he keeps my wife out of the house quite a bit so I can get some peace and quiet."

After the confession was shared, many Twitter users fled to the comments to offer their opinion on what the husband should do.

One person giggled: "It's about you got the relationship back on track…"

Another user added: "Well that could end up being a bit racy!"

While a third voiced: "If you're all happy with the arrangement, that's cool. Maybe tell your partner you know (and that you are okay with it?)

"It could take a lot of stress out of her life.

"Also, maybe start your own Scalextric collection? Might be a good way to bond with him."

Someone else suggested: "Talk to your wife about it, work out some form of non-monogamy if that's what you want.

"Seems to be a mutually beneficial situation."

Meanwhile, a fifth expressed: "Y’know you’d also get some peace and quiet if you divorced her and made her move out mate."
