Newly single Kylie Jenner was dragged for “trying too hard” in her thirst traps just months after her breakup with Travis Scott.
The “Kardashians” star took to Instagram Thursday to post a series of photos in which she posed in a hot pink thong bikini while floating in a pool.
In one snap, Jenner, 25, leaned back, putting her chest on display.
She stared seductively at the camera with a pouty lip in another picture as she let her bottom peek out of her sexy swimwear.
The Kylie Cosmetics founder also shared an up-close look at her derriere in the bright, high-waisted thong.
“special energy,” she captioned one of the posts, while another read, “if you need me i’ll be here.”
Several of Jenner’s critics were not here for the photos and called out the makeup mogul for putting too much effort into the backyard shoot.
“You’re trying too hard,” one person commented.
“Are you always this thirsty for attention?” a second asked.
“Try harder,” a netizen sarcastically wrote.

“Thirst traps are the only way she gets any views on her posts😂,” another critic claimed.
“Kylie hon … take this L and go change your sons poopy diaper,” one more troll commented, referring to Jenner and Scott’s 1-year-old son, Aire.
“I’ve never seen a family so obsessed with themselves. Congrats on what you paid for? 🤷🏼♀️,” another wrote, seemingly accusing the reality star of undergoing plastic surgery.
Many of Jenner’s 386 million Instagram followers even went so far as to suggest that she was posting the sensual photos to get Scott’s attention after their split.
“He’s not coming back though! Move on lil mama 😊,” one person wrote, referring to the “Sicko Mode” rapper.
“And he still left…tho,” another commented.
“Serious thought .. is this why the women in this family can’t keep men? I agree, she’s beautiful but as someone’s partner, doesn’t it get old seeing your other half always playing to the cameras?” another questioned.
“Energy so special that you nor your sisters can keep a man. 😂😂😂😂😂We’ll see how long Kourtney lasts,” one more follower wrote, referencing Jenner’s sister Kourtney Kardashian’s marriage to Travis Barker.
The barrage of criticism from her fan base comes after Jenner, who is no stranger to posting bikini photos on Instagram, and Scott ended things for the second time.
The Grammy nominee, 31, has also been accused of being thirsty on the ‘gram, as he called his ex-partner “a beauty” last week when she modeled in a campaign promoting her line’s new mascara.
Scott’s public words of admiration for Jenner came three months after the duo sparked breakup rumors when he was missing from the Kardashian-Jenner family’s holiday celebrations.
An insider told Us Weekly in January that the pair had celebrated Christmas separately.
“Kylie and Travis are off again. They were supposed to spend the holidays together, but she went to Aspen to be with her family and friends up there,” the source claimed. “This has happened so many times before. They’re known to be on-again, off-again but always remain friends and great co-parents.”
Another source later confirmed to People that Jenner was “not with” Scott anymore.
Their separation may have been spurred by rumors circulating last winter that Scott had cheated on Jenner.
Instagram model Rojean Kar claimed she had an affair with the musician while he was dating the Hulu personality, but he denied the “weird” allegations.
“I don’t know this person. I’ve never been with this person,” Scott claimed at the time.
Scott and Jenner started dating in April 2017 and welcomed their daughter, Stormi, in February 2018.
While they took a brief hiatus from their relationship in October 2019, they continued to co-parent and were back together by May 2021. That August, Page Six broke the news that Jenner and Scott were expecting their second child.
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum gave birth to their son, Aire, in February 2022.
