Reese Witherspoon is back on the red carpet.
The actress was all smiles at the “Last Thing He Told Me” premiere Thursday in her first public appearance since announcing her divorce from Jim Toth.
Witherspoon sported a black, one-shoulder gown, matching heels and silver hoops while promoting the Apple TV+ miniseries she produced.
The “Morning Show” star, 47, was spotted interacting with other celebrities on the carpet, grinning in group photos with cast members including Jennifer Garner and Aisha Tyler.
The event at the Regency Bruin Theatre in Los Angeles marked Witherspoon’s first professional outing since she filed for divorce from Toth, 52, on April 1 after 12 years of marriage.
“We have some personal news to share. It is with a great deal of care and consideration that we have made the difficult decision to divorce,” the “Big Little Lies” alum wrote on Instagram on March 24.
“We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness, and mutual respect for everything we have created together,” she continued.
Witherspoon went on to call her and Toth’s 10-year-old son, Tennessee, their “biggest priority” in the since-deleted post.
“These matters are never easy and are extremely personal,” she concluded. “We truly appreciate everyone’s respect for our family’s privacy at this time.”

The Oscar winner was previously married to her “Cruel Intentions” co-star Ryan Phillippe from 1999 to 2008.
The former couple are the parents of daughter Ava, 23, and son Deacon, 19.
Witherspoon and Phillippe, 48, have put on a united front while co-parenting their kids over the years, including their youngest child’s June 2022 high school graduation.
In 2016, the actor explained their “healthy” dynamic to “Entertainment Tonight.”
“You have to get to that point as a divorced parent … where you’re not putting yourself first,” he said. “You want the kids’ experience to be its own.”
The former soap star credited his ex-wife at the time with being “very good about that.”
