Lilly Ghalichi’s little one has arrived!
The “Shahs of Sunset” alum, 39, gave birth to her and husband Dara Mir’s second child, a baby boy named Kashton, on Friday.
“Mom and Dad are so in love with you, your big sister adores you, and the World is ready to welcome you ‘Kash-Mir’!” Ghalichi wrote via Instagram on Monday.
“Thankful to have baby delivered safely by @drthaisaliabadi after our team of amazing doctors recognized the early onset of HELPP Syndrome, something I had never heard of but is life threatening,” she continued. “We are so grateful 💙.”
Ghalichi announced in January that she and Mir, 41, were giving daughter Alara, 3, a sibling.

“Been busy creating life,” the then-expectant star captioned a maternity shoot via Instagram.
Ghalichi shared more details about her “surprise” on her Story hours later.
“Sorry I’ve been so MIA. It’s been a hard few months, this pregnancy,” she wrote at the time. “Thrilled to be expecting our next baby and finally feeling better.”
Two months later, the former reality star revealed the sex of her upcoming arrival with the help of blue balloons.
“It’s official, I’m going to be a BOY MOM!!” Ghalichi wrote alongside pictures of her March baby shower, which had a “Diamond Rain Shower” theme.
Christine Quinn and more celebs attended the event, with the 33-year-old “Selling Sunset” star sending her pregnant pal best wishes via Instagram.
“Thank you for inviting me to such a wonderful day!” the real estate agent wrote at the time. “I am so happy and my heart is bursting for you with joy.”

Ghalichi and Mir previously welcomed Alara in September 2018.
“Our hearts are so full,” the new mom captioned hospital photos. “Thank you for choosing us to be your parents.”
While the couple split in August of the following year, they reconciled that November.
“Life isn’t perfect, marriage is hard, but like anything else, the harder you work at something, the better it will be,” the lash designer captioned PDA pics with her partner in March.
The duo celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary in May, and Ghalichi told her Instagram followers that she would marry Mir “all over again.”
