Size 30 woman receives ‘death threats’ from cruel trolls for flaunting curves
Size 30 body positive influencer Courtney Belle opened up about her torment from online trolls where she even received 'death threats'.
The colourful haired beauty – who is also a carer – previously shared how she reclaimed the word 'fat' as it was often used as a slur towards fuller bodied people.
Despite, the 28-year-old being confident in her figure and in who she is – not everyone has been so kind.

With thousands of Instagram followers comes a lot of attention on social media, which is not always in the form of praise and support.
Now in an exclusive interview with Daily Star, Courtney shed light on the darkness that can often creep into her comments and Instagram DM's.
The influencer candidly shared: "Oh all the time [I get negative comments], it seems to really bother some people when they see someone enjoying themselves especially if that is a fat person.
"I’ve had death threats or people telling me that I’m gonna die soon it is mad.
"What gets me is that some actually think it’s okay to do that to another human.
"You really do get some that will discuss you like they know your life, all based off on what someone looks like it’s really weird."
Luckily, Courtney sees right through the trolls and their hateful tactics.
She added: "I feel like I do deal with it alright, they don’t pay my bills or know me. I learned that sadly they’re probably projecting and aren’t happy in themselves.
"I genuinely hope they realise that trying to hurt or bring someone else down just isn’t the way.
"Just let people live."
Despite having bucket loads of confidence now, this was not always the case for Courtney.
"I spent so many years of my life hating my body, I grew up under the impression that being fat was the worst thing and got put on diets at such a young age," she admitted.
"I genuinely believed that I was disgusting, that I was worthless and felt so ashamed of my body.
"I got terribly bullied through school and from some family that I guess you start to believe it and that’s not something which is easy to forget or unlearn."
That all changed when Courtney stumbled across some body positive accounts which helped her see that others were accepting being 'fat' in not giving into beauty standards.
"I started changing how I spoke to myself, doing things that made me feel good or wearing what I wanted", Courtney explained.
"But I’ll tell you what, it’s bloody powerful and the most liberating feeling to reclaim my body back, the body that has been told that it was the wrong size/weight since childhood.
"Here’s to being unapologetic, reclaiming and sticking a finger up to how society tells us to have a body. No wrong way to have a body, all just as worthy as the next."
Now with a following online herself, Courtney receives some empowering comments – not just rude remarks from trolls.
"You know what, it’s bloody lovely", the influencer gushed.
"I’ve made some wonderful friends from it and now that I’m back I look forward to doing more fat babe work."
