Sometimes seeing a humorous sign can literally stop you in your tracks and make your day. 

Now Bored Panda has collected a selection of the funniest examples from around the world that did a great job at catching people’s attention.  

One sign, believed to be in the UK, to warn people not to feed the builders on a construction site fence. 

Meanhile, a cafe in Kentucky, had to make a sign to explain to people if seagulls steal their food they can’t get a refund.

Then there was the library that put up a creative warning to readers not to eat on the premises so as not to attract ants, who will then learn to read and take over the world.
