Woman flaunts tum saying ‘it takes thousands of shots to get the perfect snap’
A gym bunny has flaunted her natural tum to show that social media doesn't expose reality saying it can take thousands of attempts to get the perfect picture.
Online coach Liv, AKA Liv Livin Life to her over 44,000 Instagram followers, works to help women feel more confident in the gym and to better their relationship with food.
Now she's shown how even dedicated gym-goers don't always have the perfect bod, and has shown that it's normal for our bodies to move and fluctuate.

Liv often posts body positive advice to her thousands of followers but, in a recent post, she shared two snaps side-by-side to show how different our bodies can look by posing in specific ways.
She shared the pictures to show how people can look totally different to how they present themselves online.
One image was shared to reflect the kind of image she'd typically post, whereby she was posing and positioning her body in a way that made her look super lean and slim.
Meanwhile the other picture showed a typical snap that she'd usually delete that revealed a true representation of her body.
In this picture Liv was more relaxed, and she also revealed her natural tum with all its lumps and bumps on show.
Writing on Instagram, Liv said: "LIFE STARTS WHEN YOU STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHERS ONLINE.
"Because that’s not real life!!"
Speaking about time spent on social media, she added: "About 173993 takes for getting that one good ‘posted’ photo.
"Posing has a BIG part to play here, no one is walking around with their posed, filtered body the whole time.
"The more you compare and spend on these images the MORE you are going to subconsciously be comparing these posed photos to your unposed, relaxed body.
"For SO long I would honestly believe that all influencers/models etc. looked like how they did online in real life.
"But the truth is, in every single photo you are scrolling through your feed, there’s often been multiple retakes, filters upon filters, poses to flatter their figure and in some cases editing.
"All to fit a social ideal to a point where it looks so WILDLY different to their actual relaxed body!
"And the tough bit is you rarely will ever see their relaxed body, which is why it is SO important to fill your feed with posts like this!
"So save and look at this post when you are feeling a bit bleh about yourself, when you’re scrolling through seeing all these posed photos on your feed and you look down to see a few tummy rolls.
"They are normal and natural and the people on your feed will have them TOO!
"Comparison is the thief of joy, and the more and more you move away from it, the closer you are getting to full acceptance of your own body."
Many people have liked Liv's honest post, and she's been dubbed as a "beauty" by her followers.
One person said: "Yes. Social media is just a tiny part of our real life, and it's so important to keep in mind."
A second added: "And she is so wonderful in both."
Meanwhile, a third commented: "Your smile in the second pic is so beautiful.
"You have really helped me a lot, and finally I love my body. Thank you."
