25 soap spoilers – EastEnders Cindy aftermath, Corrie baby twist and more

With big revelations and a number of shocking crimes on the cards, the soaps are lining up another unmissable week.

In fact, you could say that it’s all about the Cindys of soapland, with EastEnders airing the aftermath of Cindy Beale’s return, as the Knight clan continue to reel in the wake of the revelations about Rose, aka Cindy, and her mysterious vanishing.

Hollyoaks, meanwhile, sees Cindy Cunningham take centre stage, as the entrepreneur carries out her latest scheme to raise the money to buy back the market, taking Grace Black and Zara Morgan on her highly-anticipated bank heist.

Things take a shocking turn, with huge consequences on the cards.

Over in Emmerdale, Amelia Spencer is left in fear of her life when she’s cornered in the salon by an online subscriber, while Coronation Street sees Sarah Platt discover that she’s pregnant.

For all-things soap-related for next week (June 26 to 30), you’ve come to the right place, with our weekly 25 soap spoilers filling you in on what’s coming up.

EastEnders

1. George struggles to come to terms with what he has learned about Rose and goes in search of answers, all the while keeping the truth from Elaine, who grows suspicious, with Anna demanding that her dad spill the beans. Despite his reservations, George comes clean, but pleads with her not to tell Gina, knowing history could repeat where she is concerned. Gina, however, is ultimately informed by Elaine, with George subsequently filling in the blank details, with both Anna and Gina heartbroken by their dad’s actions.

2. Lola’s funeral takes place, with Billy nowhere to be seen on the morning of the service. The hearse arrives, adorned with messages and flowers from loved ones, while the ceremony is a celebration of Lola’s life, with emotional speeches from her nearest and dearest.

3. Jay struggles to deal with his immense grief, while Lexi worries about him, pushing Ben and Billy away. Callum, meanwhile, suggests that Jay should move into their flat with Lexi but Ben dismisses the idea – that is, until he and Jay have a heart-to-heart, which ends with Jay agreeing to move in. As the family sit down for dinner, Ben feels uncomfortable as he starts to panic about how he’ll keep his struggles a secret from his loved ones.

4. Kathy is angered as Rocky’s pet bird bites a hole through her funeral outfit, but she later softens to the idea of keeping him following a chat with Rocky.

5. Contemplating how precious life is, Whitney asks Zack to move into No.1 with her, which he accepts. On his first night, he attempts to impress Felix by catering a special night  at The Prince Albert but he soon gets more than he bargained for after Felix asks him to serve the buffet in the buff!

6. Tensions rise between Vinny and Finlay following his car being tampered with as he threatens to call the police on Vinny for cutting the breaks.

7. Denise is stressed as she tries to juggle her family commitments under the pressure of Jack. After a run in at the salon with Kim, Denise realises that Kim is dealing with trauma from the crash. Howie, meanwhile, implores Kim to stop blaming herself for everything that has happened. Back at home, Jack rows with Denise for being late home but she finally snaps and tells him she won’t apologise for not being perfect.

Coronation Street

8. Sarah joins Dee-Dee in the Rovers, but as she takes a sip of her wine, she’s worried she might be pregnant and thus returns home, where she stares at her positive pregnancy test in total shock. Without wasting a second, Sarah hands Adam the pregnancy test, admitting that she doesn’t know who the father of the baby is.

9. Evelyn vents to Tyrone about Roy spending time with Yasmeen, unaware that her daughter Cassie is watching from afar. Later, she spots Cassie across the street but chooses to ignore her- but subsequent scenes see her receive a call which stops her in her tracks, as she rushes into the A&E reception and explains that her daughter has been admitted as an emergency.

10. As Max heads towards Bec’s flat, Gav approaches and explains that he’s been released from the STC and that he intends to marry Bec. When Max reveals that Bec has moved on and that she’s going out with him now, Gav is livid.

11. Stephen snaps at Elaine, who is practising her Ta-Chi exercises, which leaves her upset and worried about his low mood. Michael reckons his mood could be down to him missing Canada. Stephen, meanwhile, is left feeling grateful when Jenny offers to put a good word in with him with Owen.

12. Spider encourages Max to do the right thing after he’s called to make a statement for Griff’s trial. With Shona at his side, Max meets with the CPS lawyer and confirms he’s willing to make a statement about how Griff groomed and manipulated him.

13. Sarah attends the DNA appointment and does her best to remain positive.

14. Bernie orders Paul and Billy to enjoy some quality time together while she cleans the flat. Billy suggests Paul should come up with a bucket list while he’s still fit enough. 

Emmerdale

15. Jai is delighted when Laurel gets down on one knee and asks him to marry her, instantly accepting her proposal. Things, however, take a turn when he retrieves his divorce certificate, finding a legal document which leads him to a shocking discovery.Unable to contain his anger, Jai explodes, revealing to Rishi that he knows the big secret, with matters made worse when he finds out that Manpreet also knew the truth.

16. Amelia continues to prioritise her socials over her school work, much to the dismay of Noah and Dan, who soon sneak a peek at her notifications, which leaves them horrified. Amelia, meanwhile, is cornered in the salon by a customer, who reveals that he’s her ‘top subscriber’. Mandy saves the day, but Amelia’s troubles persist, with Dan finding out about his daughter’s predicament, and the police are soon involved.

17. Gabby congratulates Laurel on her engagement to Jai, but it’s clear she’s still struggling in the wake of Nicky and Caleb’s scheming.

18. Wendy is jealous when Lydia offers Liam writing advice. Bob, avoiding his attraction to Bernice, buys a gift for Wendy, who is distracted as Liam suggests they rekindle their romance! Victoria, meanwhile, believes she’s rumbled Bob and Bernice’s affair, but Bob covers by claiming Bernice still has feelings for Liam. Victoria decides to inform Liam of her discovery, but when she pops over to spill the beans, she puts two and two together, realising that he’s seeing Wendy!

19. When Belle admits she is worried about Zak’s deteriorating condition, Tom comes up with an idea, and the pair later reveal what they’ve been working on.

20. Nate is happy to be home with daughter Frankie, but it’s ringing alarm bells for Cain, who is convinced his son is hiding something.

Hollyoaks

21. Tom is worried for Cindy after discovering that she’s missed her six-month bipolar appointment, asking Sharon for some advice, with the doctor revealing that they should follow it up, especially if Cindy is displaying concerning behaviour. Tom confronts Cindy, who tells him that she’s never felt so happy and, after living with bipolar for over a decade, she reiterates that she knows what she’s doing.

22. Cindy is in high spirits the day of the robbery and couldn’t be more ready, while Grace runs through everyone’s roles. Things get off to quite a smooth start, with Cindy, Zara and Grace, aka Luke’s Angels, donning funeral wear as they set about robbing the armoured van, but life-changing repercussions ensue, with the heist ultimately ending in disaster as friends are separated and big decisions are made.

23. Ethan grows concerned about Sienna’s involvement in winning over Rafe, worried about how far she’ll have to go with the Lord. Sienna is quick to reassure him that she won’t take things further than a kiss, promising to insist on celibacy until after marriage. Despite his reservations, Ethan agrees. But as things get steamy between he and Sienna, Rafe arrives at the door, forcing the couple to hide their plans. Rafe, however, finds a news article about himself on Sienna’s floor.

24. Mercedes calls in help from Sharon to execute a plan in the form of a double date to help Warren and Felix put aside their issues and make up. However, things don’t go to plan when the two men refuse to play along, with Warren stating that, unless Felix bans Mercedes from the garage, he won’t make up with him. Oh Warren!

25. Rayne senses that Romeo is hiding something from her and wastes little time in trying to discover what exactly has gone on, but her sleuthing ultimately results in her being kicked out of Peri’s home.
