For months, several of the villagers have been hiding secrets and it seems in coming episodes, they will all be revealed. Chas Dingle (played by Lucy Pargeter) has so far managed to keep her tryst with Al Chapman (Michael Wildman) a secret but Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland) comes close to discovering the truth. Elsewhere, Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) is told he is about to become a father. Is it time to reveal his affair to Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins)? Chloe Harris exposes Al Chapman’s affair
In coming episodes, Chloe accuses Priya Sharma (Fiona Wade) of having an affair with Al.
Priya is furious when Chloe picks up Amba from the cafe and takes her back to Keepers.
Priya empathises with Chloe and explains she is innocent as she cross checks Al’s bank statements.
It’s not long before Chloe realises she knows who Al was cheating with and she storms across to the Woolpack.
As the door opens, Chloe announces she knows who Al was sleeping with as an anxious Chas panics.
Mackenzie confesses to betraying Charity
Chloe isn’t just causing trouble for Chas and Priya next week, she also has a bombshell for Mackenzie.
ITV viewers know the pair slept together after Mackenzie briefly split from Charity Dingle and Chloe is expecting his child.
Next week, Chloe is emotional when she goes for a sonogram and when Charity sees her order a soft drink, she promises to keep her secret.
Chloe gets nervous when Charity asks who the father is and Mackenzie is forced to remain calm when Charity tells him of the news.
Mackenzie is panicked when Chloe confirms the baby is his and she’s keeping it but won’t tell Charity the truth.
However, Mackenzie knows he has a choice to make. He asks Charity to take a seat and hopes he is doing the right thing.
Liam and Leyla break up
Liam Cavanagh (played by Johnny McPherson) hasn’t had the easiest time in the village and it seems things are about to get worse.
The doctor has struggled with his wife Leyla’s (Roxy Shahidi) drug addiction and next week they decided to call time on their marriage.
Leyla’s tearful as Liam declares their relationship is defined by tragedy, grief, loss and lies.
They both come to the conclusion that they’re no good for one other and reel from the magnitude of their decision.
As they remove their wedding rings, both are heartbroken that it’s come to this.
Samson struggles with fatherhood
Samson (Sam Hall) is struggling with fatherhood as he feels left out of Esther’s life.
Even though he isn’t keen on being a dad, Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) buys items for the tot and keeps them hidden from Samson.
She is determined to be part of the baby’s life even if Samson doesn’t want to be.
Amelia Spencer (Daisy Campbell) softens when she realises how much of an effort but watching on, Samson feels left out.
Later, Lydia plans a christening for Esther and Amelia explains to Noah they want him involved.
Samson approaches wanting to join in but when he hears everyone chattering, he realises he doesn’t have a place there.
Victoria fined for speeding
David Metcalfe (Matthew Wolfenden) is going to have a hard time explaining to Victoria (Isabel Hodgins) why she has a fine for speeding.
He discovers a letter from the police ticketing office and he feels wretched to see its addresses to Victoria.
When Victoria and Jacob share their support of his delivery scheme, David is overwhelmed with shame.
Things get worse when Victoria is caught speeding herself later on when she rushes to the hospital to see her son Harry.
Victoria has six points added to her license and David dreads telling Victoria the truth.
