The This Morning star, 47, looked stunning even while working up a sweat at the gym.
Alison looked chic wearing a black vest top for her afternoon work-out.
The mum-of-one looked sensational with a full face of make-up including full eyelashes and lashings of nude lippy.
Alison was all smiles after celebrating getting an NTA nomination.
She had fun on Instagram celebrating-and had fans in hysterics when she roped in a full orchestra to serenade her as she shouted her good news from the rooftops.

Meanwhile fans have been gripped on Alison's incredible weight loss over recent months.
Just last month she wowed in a glamorous dress as she showed off trimmer frame.
The bubbly Brummie danced in the shimmering gold number that showcased her long legs.
Alison was posing at a photoshoot in the mini-dress with puffy sleeves and sweetheart neckline.

The presenter wore her hair in a high ponytail and looked flawless with shimmery makeup look.
Alison grooved in between shots and looked slimmer than ever after her impressive weight loss.
She previously told The Mirror: "Sometimes I look at myself and go, 'Wow, I am a big girl'. But I like taking up a bit of space.
"I take a little bit of extra space in the world and I don't think I'm hurting anyone."
She added: "We're all going to die eventually. I might die a little bit sooner, but I'm going to live my life to the fullest.

Alison shot to fame when she competed in the third series of then-Channel 4 reality show Big Brother in 2002, and she went on to land a job as a reporter on This Morning in 2003.
