Amanda Holden storms off BBC show with Jimmy Carr after brutal remark from contestant

Amanda Holden and Jimmy Carr waled off set after a remark by a contestant on I Can See Your Voice.

The TV presenters were judging another instalment of the Paddy McGuinness hosted show, which sees the judges have to guess which of a group of six people have good singing voices, and which have terrible ones.

The two judges will be seen storming off set after a blunt comment made by a member of public on the show.

The funny moment has been teased in a clip released by the BBC ahead of the next show on Saturday (5 November).

Dismissing the judges’ offer of assistance on the show, a contestant on the show said to Amanda and Jimmy: “I love you guys but you are no help."

The pair are then seen walking off set while their fellow judges Alison Hammond and Lulu break into laughter.

Host Paddy can then be heard saying: “Off you go, see you later", followed by “Lulu, you can stay."

The show is often a rollercoaster of emotion and judge Amanda found herself in floods of tears recently as a contestant won £10,000.

The judges help a team of two players judge between mystery singers without being able to hear them and must base their judgements on lip-sync performances, clues and interrogations alone.

On Saturday 22 October, Alexandra Burke, 34, who welcomed her first child in July this year, appeared on stage for the duet alongside Brooke Barber, who dazzled the panellists with her incredible voice.

As the pair belted out the lyrics of Whitney Houston's Saving All My Love For You, Amanda couldn't help but break down in tears as she held her hands up to fan herself.

It didn't go unnoticed by host Paddy as he immediately said: "Amanda was in tears!" following the performance.

Fans also flocked to Twitter to share their thoughts on Brooke's voice as one person wrote: "WOW!! What a bloody fantastic voice that girl Brooke Barber has. Definitely gave Alexandra Burke a run for her money! Think Whitney would be proud too!" alongside a celebration hands emoji and two clapping hands emojis.

Another shared: "Yes love that she can sing!!! Yay!! #icanseeyourvoice," as a third said: "Two happy boys & two proud mums!!!! [Contestants] Charlie & Dexter are leaving this studio with £10k!!!!"

I Can See Your Voice continues on Saturday at 9.10pm on BBC One and iPlayer.
