Becky Vardy wins battle to build new luxury STABLES at £3m home after row with Coleen Rooney | The Sun
REBEKAH Vardy has won her battle with planners to build luxury stables at her £3million Lincolnshire farmhouse -but they must NOT make money out of it.
The WAG and her footballer husband Jamie, 35, have been given the go-ahead to transform an existing agricultural paddock in the grounds of their eight-bedroom home for equestrian use.
The former I'm a Celeb star, who recently lost the Wagatha Christie libel trial to rival Coleen Rooney, has been ordered by the local council to keep it for private use only and not run as a commercial business.
Officials gave the go-ahead for a 'change of use' of the land into a grazing paddock and stables after there were no objections from neighbours.
They said: "The development hereby approved shall be operated on a private basis only, in association with the dwelling, and should not be operated as a commercial venture.
"Planning permission has been granted on the basis of being served as a private menage.

"Comments have also been received with regard to the need to make a provision for the storage and removal of horse manure from the equestrian activities.
"As the site is to be used solely for private purposes, the extent of its use is not considered to be extensive, and it is considered that details by way of condition are not required in this instance."
The Vardys have previously been given the go-ahead by their local council to extend their Grade II listed home which boasts an indoor swimming pool, sauna, cinema, bar, gym and tennis court.
They now want to add 78ft-long stables for keen horsewoman Rebekah with a new field access gate, 5ft-high close boarded fence and hedge planting to boost security.

The planning officer added: "The use would fall within the development types that are considered to be appropriate for its open countryside location and would not substantially impact upon the open countryside.
"It is considered that the proposal consisting of a change of use and erection of a stable building is suitable and would not cause unacceptable impact on the character or appearance of the area, on highway safety or cause a detrimental impact to the amenities of neighbouring occupiers."
It comes after The Sun exclusively revealed how Rebekah has been preparing to throw a delayed 40th birthday party after the Wagatha case hit her original plans.
She was busy preparing for her libel trial with Coleen Rooney when the big day ticked by in February.
Her Premier League ace husband Jamie organised a more private celebration with just a handful of pals for her birthday.
Last week Rebekah told of the mental strain she had faced during the Wagatha case.
She gets up to 100 threatening messages a day, and said: “People pass me in the street and say, ‘You’re disgusting, a rat, a troll’.”
