Britain's Got Talent's Bruno Tonioli reveals truth behind Simon Cowell's dramatic transformation | The Sun
BRITAIN'S Got Talent's Bruno Tonioli has revealed the truth behind Simon Cowell's dramatic transformation.
Simon, 63, has reported lost three stone in recent years after transforming his diet and lifestyle.
Ahead of the new series of Britain's Got Talent, Bruno – who has joined the panel this year – opened up about his new colleague, and the secrets to his incredible transformation.
The 67-year-old told The Sun's TV Mag: "Well, he’s lost a lot of weight and he told me has a cook because he has a very special diet and he’s started really taking care of himself because you know he had this terrible accident.
"And when things like that happen, it’s a wake-up call. You reassess things and think: ‘I’d better take care of myself’.
"He’s lost a lot of weight and he’s got a chef that prepares the most delicious little cookies and things that are all healthy stuff – actually, I should have nicked them!

"Basically, if you look after yourself, that’s what happens."
Bruno has joined BGT after 18 years as a judge on Strictly Come Dancing.
But fans of the BBC One show don't need to worry, as he'll be bringing his dance moves to Britain's Got Talent.
When asked if he'd been up on stage to bust a move, he said: "Quite a few times! And I don’t know what they’re going to keep, let me put it that way!"

But he admitted: "I don’t think Simon will dance but something happened and I have to say I was furious – a prank – I didn’t know they do a prank at the end of the auditions, I had no idea, so I thought this whole thing was real, that’s all I’m saying.
"And I was absolutely livid. Livid. I got a real fright, I had no idea. If I had I would have been prepared."
Unfortunately, Bruno couldn't elaborate on what the prank entailed, saying: "I can’t tell you! But I’m sure you’re going to see it. There’s some other funny moments, really funny moments."
Britain's Got Talent continues tonight at 7.45pm on ITV1. TV Mag is available for free every Saturday, only in The Sun.
