The former Corrie star displayed her incredible figure in the classic long-sleeved dress.
"Fab team! Love it when a plan comes together. Excited!" she captioned the photos.
"Can’t wait to share! Felt lovely to get dressed up."
She posed with the team ahead of the photoshoot, with the crisp-white dress stealing the show.
Catherine's dress had sharp shoulder pads, which added even more sophistication to her look.

Last month Catherine spoke about how she has dealt with feeling comfortable in her body after having a baby.
"It’s hard to feel comfortable in your own skin sometimes post baby. Your body has been through so much. And you’re a different person inside and out," she wrote.
"It’s been a blessed and crazy 12 months. Grateful for so many things."
"Grateful to be busy , grateful for my beautiful children, grateful for my incredible husband… and super grateful to have located ‘me’ again these last few months."
