Coronation Street fans have urged Max Turner to "wake up" after they seem to think his days could be numbered following Griff Reynolds threats.
The young teen was faced with danger during Wednesday night's episode after he went on a camping trip with Griff and his close pals.
But things turned sour quickly between the men when Max seemed to realise that Griff isn't as nice as he once deemed.
While in Griff's car, Max was completely unaware that the racist ring leader had a bomb in the boot which went off unexpectedly – leaving Max injured and unconscious.
When Griff and Spider Nugent rushed Max to the hospital, Griff lied to medical staff about Max's injuries and later threatened Max to not tell the truth.
But worried fans seem to think Griff could potentially kill Max if things do get out of hand.
Jumping onto Twitter, one viewer reffered to a scene where the group of men killed a rabbit and said: "Now he's threatening …. you don't want to end up like the rabbit do ya. Max wake up."
Another said: "Now wake up Max!! Griff is starting to turn on you now. Tell the police when they come to see you!"
A third chimed: "Griff, ya K******d! Threatening to kill, Max, he's only a school-kid, FFS!"
However viewers' attentions also turned to undercover cop Spider who has been hanging around Griff and watching his every move.
But due to the fact that Spider has seen so much crime emerge from Griff and his friends, fans have been left questioning how much more evidence he will need to get Griff behind bars.
Jumping back onto Twitter, one viewer fumed: "So whilst Spider acts as an 'undercover cop', an innocent kid has been beaten up by racists, anti-hate campaigns continue to spread, and he asks the leader of the hate-gang the nature of how Max was hurt. Come on #corrie literally the WORST undercover ever!"
While another angry fan said: "What else does Spider need as evidence than a bomb blowing up in his face. Time to end this s**t undercover storyline."
