EastEnders fans ‘work out’ Lily baby twist as Ryan plans to take her from Walford

EastEnders fans think they have figured out a new Lily Slater baby twist on the BBC One soap after it was revealed that Ryan Malloy wants to take his pregnant daughter back to Wakefield.

Viewers will recall that Whitney Dean called her brother earlier this week to tell him about his estranged 12-year-old daughter Lily's baby news.

And during Tuesday's episode, a stunned Ryan made his long awaited return to Albert Square after six years as he met with both Stacey Slater and Lily.

However, despite Ryan appearing to have good intentions, it was revealed at the end of the episode he was planning to take Lily and the baby away from Albert Square.

And during Wednesday's episode, Ryan offered Lily the choice of coming to live with him and his wife Helen in Wakefield, offering the youngster her own bedroom, a garden and even a paddling pool for the baby.

Show watchers now think they have figured out a twist on the BBC One soap as earlier in the episode, Ryan admitted to Whitney that his wife Helen can't have children.

Viewers now think that Lily will either decide to give her baby to Ryan and Helen or the couple will kidnap Lily's baby in a huge twist on the BBC One soap.

Taking to Twitter, one person said: "Why do I feel like Ryan is going to end up kidnapping Lily’s baby#Eastenders" followed with crying emojis.

A different account put: "Omg it just dawned on me that Ryan doesn’t want Lily. He wants the baby !!! #EastEnders."

Another follower wrote: "So Ryan and Helen can't have kids – I wonder if Lily will giver her dad and step-mum her baby? #Eastenders @bbceastenders."

A different viewer said: "Ooh getting vibes Lily might give her baby to Ryan #eastenders."

While another soap watcher added: "Ryan 100% wants lilys baby #EastEnders."

EastEnders continues Monday to Thursday at 7:30pm on BBC One.
