She's coming back more than 20 years after shooting Phil Mitchell and it seems she's planning to stir the pot.
Although she had a brief return in 2019, it seems she could be back in EastEnders for a longer stint – and she won't be along as her granddaughter Peggy will be coming too.
Peggy is the daughter of Louise Mitchell (Tilly Keeper) and Keanu and the half-sister of Sharon and Keanu's son Albie.
She came and left quickly in 2019 taking Louise and Peggy with her to Portugal, but now she's coming back for a defiant return.
Lucy told The Mirror that she "can't wait to return".
She added: "No doubt, in true Lisa fashion, she will bring plenty of drama for many of the characters, which is why playing her is such a delight."
Lisa helped Louise flee to Portugal after the teen was convinced she was responsible for Keanu's "murder".
However it was actually her dad Phil (Steve McFadden) who tried to have him killed after discovering he'd impregnated both his wife and his daughter.
While Louise has been living with Lisa and bringing up Peggy in Portugal, Louise is unaware that Keanu is actually still alive.
Lisa's return to Walford comes as a huge surprise for Keanu – and it's not known why she is coming back.
EastEnders boss Chris Clenshaw said: "We couldn’t be more thrilled to have Lisa back for a short while as she and Peggy cause trouble between the happy couple, Sharon and Keanu."
It is not yet known if Louise will be returning at any point, but Tilly Keeper left the soap in 2019 for pastures new.
Lisa Fowler will be the third big name to return to the soap in recent months with both Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) and Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins) also coming back.
