Over the festive period, Rag’n’Bone Man paid a visit to Walford, in EastEnders.
The All You Ever Wanted hitmaker was revealed to be Rocky’s (Brian Conley) music guest for the carol concert fundraiser, in scenes that aired on Friday (December 23).
Rocky is no stranger to having celebs on speed-dial, as viewers will recall that he previously caught up with Harry Redknapp, who made a trip to Walford last year during the Euros, much to Mick Carter’s (Danny Dyer) delight.
The singer took to the stage under the twinkling lights of Albert Square as a wedding gift to Janine Butcher (Charlie Brooks) and Mick, prior to his disappearance.
Yesterday, Rory (his real name!) posted a video on Twitter from the special evening.
He’s seen singing a toned-down version of Skin, with cast and crew holding their phones and watching as his beautiful voice fills Walford.
One person who is particularly impacted by Rory’s singing is Linda Henry, who plays Shirley Carter in the BBC One soap.
Linda is taken aback by the song, tearful as she watches Rory drop in her name within the lyrics!
As he finishes, Rory gives a hug to Jessie Wallace (Kat Slater) and Linda, a moment clearly everyone will remember forever.
