Emmerdale fans convinced they know who Caleb Milligan is really after | The Sun
EMMERDALE fans are convinced that Caleb Milligan has come to the village to get revenge on two characters.
Since his first arrival in the Yorkshire-based program, Will Ash has left ITV viewers scratching their heads as they've tried to figure out what his alter ego may have planned.
He not only won over his half-sister Chas, but he also earned the trust of the Dingle clan after helping Cain Dingle get out of prison and Kyle Winchester get bail.
To top it off, although there appeared to be no love lost between them, Caleb finally managed to make Cain let his guard down during last night's trip to the eponymous village.
However, fans have come up with a theory suggesting that Caleb wants to get revenge on Kim Tate and Will Taylor for the murder of DI Malone, and is using new boy Nicky to help him.
Malone’s body was buried at Home Farm after Dawn murdered him in self defence back in 2020.

In December Kim revealed that she removed the corpse so that Will no longer felt tethered to her.
One speculated: "In this scenario, Nicky – who is probably Caleb’s son – is working to drive a wedge between Kim and Will, to leave her more isolated and vulnerable – and he was on the other end of the phone last night. (Hence Caleb’s opening ‘can you talk?’, as he didn’t want to blow his cover)."
Another posted: "Caleb and Nicky are undercover cops investigating the disappearance of Malone."
"There have been a couple of times where Caleb and Nicky have both been in the same scene but have not spoken to each other directly," someone else shared.

"A couple of times at Home Farm and that scene outside the Woolly where Will confronted Sam again about the watch and Caleb was there who had a go at him. Nicky then appeared in this scene and spoke to Will but later that same night the watch was ‘found’ by Nicky."
While some have come up with the theory that the real Caleb died and the newcomer was working as a police informant to get Cain.
Another added: "Caleb looking like an undercover cop felt like it was coming for a while… he probably isn't even the real Caleb Dingle. I bet the real Caleb died!!!"
"That Caleb isn’t a Dingle and he is going to be exposed as a undercover cop targeting Cain after shock death? I didn’t see that coming but it’s a good twist", a third soap watcher penned.
Another viewer pointed out that the Home Farm nanny Nicky was always referred to on a first-name basis in the soap's ending credits.
Could there be more to it?
"Why do the credits only say 'Nicky' and no surname? Is he Caleb's son (so a Dingle) and reconnaissance to get Home Farm?', the fan wondered.
"So I think Caleb and Nicky are working for Joe Tate going after Cain and Kim. (fingers crossed it means Joe coming back!)", another concluded.
Much like Caleb, Nicky arrived at Home Farm and was an instant hit in the house, where he was hired as a nanny for Gabby Thomas and Dawn Fletcher's kids.
But fans have suspected there may be something deceptive about Nicky.
