Emmerdale fans may be hoping Al Chapman (played by Michael Wildman) will finally get his comeuppance when Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) finds out about his affair with Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter). However, some fans suspect the gun showdown teased by spoilers may end in tragedy for another village resident.
In next week’s episodes, the Dingles are still coming to terms with Faith Dingle (Sally Dexter) and Liv Flaherty’s (Isobel Steele) deaths.
Aaron Dingle’s (Danny Miller) declaration he will leave the village has also left many of his family confused.
The Dingles would naturally assume Chas would take of her son in his time of need.
But her reaction to his departure has confused both Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) and Chas.

Cain realises what his sister has been up to when she discovers her burner phone.
Determined to find an explanation for Chas’ recent odd behaviour, he calls the only number on the phone.
When Al picks up, Cain is horrified by his sister’s actions.
Emmerdale fans will know Cain and Al are arch-enemies.
Unable to process what he’s found out, Cain decides to set a trap for the love rat.
He uses Chas’ phone to lure Al into a barn on his own.
Armed with a shotgun, Cain will confront his nemesis as his grief and anger bubble over.
Spoilers confirm their altercation will turn violent as a life-or-death fight breaks out.
