Nicola worries her social media post may have led to a girl being attacked.

David thinks Leyla is not being there for Jacob before he heads away to uni. Leyla flashes cash to appease Jacob, which infuriates David.

Tuesday July 19

David is stunned when he catches flustered Leyla about to do a line of coke. Leyla tries to explain her way out of it to an unimpressed David.

Meanwhile, Amelia is aghast when Dan quizzes her on her love life.

Wednesday July 20

Rhona is hesitant when Vanessa suggests a party to celebrate her and Marlon’s engagement. Marlon is also doubtful when Rhona broaches it. Marlon relents, but remains nervous about returning to The Woolpack for the first time since his stroke.

After seeing Noah in prison, Amelia is pleased they are getting closer. She then hides her blurred vision.

Laurel attempts to pacify Matty’s anger towards Suzy, but is shocked when Matty reveals the coke that broke her and Jai up actually belonged to Suzy.

Thursday July 21

With her dizziness and nausea worsening, disorientated Amelia struggles before fainting and dropping baby Thomas. She panics when Harriet arrives, lying about how he fell from his high chair.

Meanwhile, Marlon and Rhona arrive for their engagement party. Marlon manages a declaration of love for Rhona as everyone cheers, but is he as content as he makes out?

Later, drunken Vanessa stumbles home to find Suzy waiting for her. Does it mean things are back on?

Elsewhere, Faith embraces the little time she has left, determined to do things her way. Sarah is up for this mad ride with her gran.

Also today, Charles tries to hide his upset over Ethan messaging Naomi. Charles hopes a reconciliation is coming.

Finally, Jai struggles to see Laurel flirting with Kit and then kiss.

Friday July 22

Gabby worries about a visit from social services. Jai is upset to hear Kit stayed over with Laurel.

Elsewhere, Sandra happily pockets a tenner tip but when Mandy questions the missing tip money, Sandra knows full well she’ll have to tread carefully from now on.
