Good Morning Britain sees a presenter shake-up with a fan fave returning to front the ITV show.

On Monday (May 1) Charlotte Hawkins returned to the show's main hosting spot for a special Bank Holiday episode.

The blonde beauty, 47, hosted the ITV breakfast show alongside Richard Madeley, 66.

ITV viewers to to social media to share their thoughts on her return, with many gushing over the star.

One wrote: Charlotte Hawkins [sic]" followed by a series of love hearts.

A second wrote: "Charlotte you look beautiful as always."

While a third penned: "Good morning, Charlotte that dress is stunning where is it from? Im going to a wedding in 3 weeks and would love to wear a dress like that."

"@GMB So happy I noticed Richard Madeley was on your show this morning. I could switch off safe in the knowledge that I was avoiding this insufferable, opinionated, Piers Morgan wannabe. Nothing against you Charlotte but he makes my skin crawl with his loaded ignorant commentary," a fourth penned.

She also shared a snap on Twitter of her and today's co-stars Richard and Sean Fletcher.

She captioned the photo: "Morning from @gmb this Bank Holiday Monday! We’ve the latest on the biggest NHS strike so far as tens of thousands of nurses take part. We’ll speak to @theRCN chief @patcullen9 after 8. Plus send your tips to get rid of mice, @richardm56 has an infestation @SeanFletcherTV"

Fans of hers penned underneath the post, with one riting: "@SeanFletcherTV looks very happy, all things considered! COYS!!"

A second added: "Morning Charlotte and weirds"

Another joked:" Get a cat to rid the mice."

ITV veteran Susanna Reid usually presents the Monday morning hosting spot alongside Richard, but today she was nowhere to be seen, with Charlotte jumping in.
