GMB’s Kate Garraway brands her co-star ‘rude’ after Carol Vorderman makeup dig
Kate Garraway was left shocked on this morning's Good Morning Britain after her 'rude' co-star Richard Arnold made a dig at I’m A Celebrity’s Carol Vorderman's makeup.
The former Countdown star has created a routine of posting about the new I'm A Celeb series on her Instagram page after each episode has aired.
Joined by show regular Richard, Kate and Ben were shown a clip from Carol Vorderman’s Instagram live on the show.
Giving a rundown of what happened, Carol, who wore a casual T-shirt and wavy hair in her stories, explained the type of antics they got up to in the South African camp.
However, back in the studio Richard did not hold back on what he really thought of Carol's fresh appearance.
After watching the video, he said: “The lovely Vorders there."
Then the TV show host added: “Who did her own makeup clearly."
But this awkward moment was caught on camera for the audience and viewers, and the harsh criticism didn't go unnoticed.
Kate, who called the 53-year-old out live on air, said: “Ouch! How rude!" followed by laughter from crew and stars in the ITV studio.
As viewers know, I'm A Celeb returned to TV screens for a brand-new spin-off show, which was filmed last year, and includes fan-favourites like Janice Dickinson, Joe Swash, Carol Vorderman and Paul Burrell.
But, despite the celebs being dubbed as 'all stars', they're certainly not getting let off lightly when it comes to challenges.
The stars have now been left afraid to sleep outside as a huge storm broke out over camp, flooding their beds and bags.
The series it appears has been thrown into chaos as torrential rain pours down on the camp, with Janice Dickinson saying: “The lightning is cracking right over the head of us! I don’t want to sleep out there.”
The trailer then shows the camera cutting to Carol Vorderman pulling a shocked expression and Janice holdimg her head in her hands.
Seeing the lighter side of the troubled weather, Joe laughs: “This is good! I love it," while Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo says: “It’s bad. It’s a big bad storm!”
Joe tells viewers: "It's a little bit exciting. It's a nice change, it breaks up the day."
