Harry and Meghan viewers share same complaints minutes into poisonous new show

Netflix viewers all seem to have the same complaint after tuning into Harry & Meghan.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's explosive tell-all docuseries landed on the steaming service on Thursday (December 8).

The subject for the first episode of the six-part series reads "As Harry shares the impact of a childhood in the public eye, he and Meghan reflect on the secret, early days of their unexpected romance."

At the start of the debut episode, Harry said: "My job is to keep my family safe.

"But the nature of being born into this position, amid everything else that comes with it and the level of hate being stirred up in the last three years, especially against my wife and my son.

"I'm generally concerned for the safety of my family."

"I just really want to get to the other side of all of this."

However, viewers flocked to Twitter to share their views on Harry's claims.

One fan penned: "Harry & Meghan – Where is all this poison coming from? Why is Harry so intent on attacking his own flesh and blood? Is it resentment, jealousy, a strong desire to be number one, not the spare? Or is it mainly the influence of Meghan?"

Another remarked: "I love my family- we fall out, we get cross, we have disputes, but never in a million years would I make a multi-part documentary slagging them off for cash. Harry & Meghan are truly cheap."

A third person raged: Why do we give a s**t about Harry & Meghan? They'e prostituting their fame for money while viewers mortgages are going up every month."

While a fourth social media user said: "Harry & Meghan'sPrivacy surely doesn't mean the same as it once did. I hope they'll soon have peace and quiet. It's certainly most overdue."

Elsewhere in the first episode, viewers heard how Harry and Meghan met one another via a mutual friend on Instagram.

The couple also revealed that Harry was late for their first date.

Former Suits actress Meghan described "H" as "refreshing fun" and that they were "just childlike" together.

The date was a success as they met again the next day but this time it was Meghan who was late.

The series opened with with the caption "This is a first-hand account of Harry and Megha's story" and specifies that "all the interviews were completed by August 2022" before the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
