The Coronation Street star, 32, showed off her trim physique during her sun-soaked Caribbean getaway.
Helen showcased her toned abs and legs in the patterned two-piece on Sunday morning.
The I'm A Celeb star was spotted strolling across the sandy beach with her three children, daughters Matilda, seven, Delilah, four and two-year-old son Charlie, who she shares with ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair.
She looked in good spirits as she took a dip in the warm Caribbean sea and enjoyed some playtime on the beach with her kids.
Helen sets the pulses racing as she was spotted frolicking in the water wearing a skimpy Moda Minx floral thong.

The actress then soaked up the sunshine as she enjoyed a spot of sunbathing, while her son playfully piled sand on her.
Helen looked beach ready with her blonde tresses scraped into a neat bun, while accessorising her look with sunglasses and minimal make-up.
She was then seen on all fours as she drew shapes in the sand, before strutting her stuff around the beach and giving onlookers a glimpse of her bottom.
The soap star flashed a big smile as she laughed and joked around during the outing.

Mum of three Helen has gone from an E-Cup to a B-Cup after claiming her boobs were "saggy."
Helen admitted how she was "nervous" to share her cosmetic surgery procedure with fans.
Proud parent Helen split with fiance Scott Sinclair last year.
Shortly after the surgery, she told her Instagram following: "It's just something that I did for myself, I really wanted to do it for my confidence. I have been really nervous about sharing this.
