Hollyoaks adds full year boxsets to All4 and let the binge-watching commence

Hollyoaks fans can now take a trip down memory lane and reminisce about days gone by in deadliest village in the nation, with whole years of the show now available to stream.

Consider us excited.

The Channel 4 soap, which premieres new episodes daily on All4, has only gone and added previous years to the streaming platform in their entirety, kicking things off with 2020 and 2021.

Relive all the highs (there were no lows, to be honest) of 2020, which was a major year for the serial drama, with Breda’s reign of terror coming to a conclusion, while Silas Blissett returned to terrorise the McQueens during the show’s 25th anniversary.

It was also the year that saw Toby Faroe (Bobby Gordon) claim the life of Lisa Loveday, while Hollyoaks itself was forced to go off the air during the Covid-19 pandemic, but returned in an explosive fashion.

The biggest development of the year in question, however, was undoubtedly the critically-acclaimed County Lines drug storyline, which culminated in as stunning flash-forward episode as Juliet and Peri admitted their feelings for one another, while Jordan Price met a shocking end.

If 2021 is more up your street, then you’ll be pleased to know that you can revisit this year too, with every episode up on All4 right now.

The stunning Black To Front and Unconscious Bias episodes spring to mind, as does Martin Deveraux’s battle with cancer.

Darren Osborne also married Mandy Richardson, only to find out on the wedding day that she’d played a pivotal role in sending Charlie Dean to prison to save Ella.

Becky Quentin arrived in the village and caused chaos with her conspiracy theories, while Diane Hutchinson battled OCD in an emotional and powerful storyline.

And of course, Summer Ranger (Rhiannon Clements) and Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) struggled to resist temptation, as they fell for one another while feuding!

It is thought that more years will follow on All4 shortly, and honestly, we couldn’t be more excited about stepping back in time to relive some incredible Hollyoaks moments.

Fingers crossed they go right back to the beginning, as we would love to re-discover the early days of the hard-hitting serial.
