I’m A Celeb fans predict drama as Gillian ruffles feathers with kitchen demands

I'm A Celebrity… South Africa viewers have predicted an upcoming "feud" and drama in camp after Gillian McKeith ruffled feathers in the kitchen.

During Tuesday's episode, Gillian, 63, approached Carol Vorderman, 62, who was assigned kitchen duties with Helen Flanagan, to ask if she could wash her own items.

She said: "Carol, I've got this whole OCD thing… my cleanliness, I don't know how you are, but you know, I'm going to save my thing, my plate…"

To which Carol replied: "Are you? Well, we'll get into everybody's habits and then we will sort it accordingly."

Speaking in the Bush Telegraph, Carol said: "I tell you what, Gillian, you take one, you clean it how you want to clean it, which is lovely, then you're happy and then you keep it, and your knife and fork."

She then added through gritted teeth: "Life is a compromise, is it not?"

And things only escalated later in the show as Carol said in the Bush Telegraph: "So we've all been assigned our chores, so cooking is myself and Helen, but some people aren't good at sticking to their chores…"

It then showed Gillian chopping up food as she joined the camp's cooks in the jungle kitchen.

While the other campmates joked: "There we go, another cook" and "what's that saying? Too many chefs?"

However, the remarks were heard by Gillian who fired back with: "We're hardly interfering, we're not cooking, we're chopping! There's a difference, chopping isn't cooking!"

Gillian then insisted in the Bush Telegraph: "I'd like to have chopping of the food as part of my role now because it is clearly camp maintenance.

"I can't understand why anyone wouldn't see that!"

Show watchers were quick to predict upcoming camp drama and maybe even a "feud".

Taking to Twitter, one person said: "This could bring drama. Yes!!!!!!!! #ImACeleb."

A different account put: "i’m forecasting beef between janice and gillian #ImACeleb #imacelebrity. "

Another follower wrote: "Watch Gillian get the whole camp punished for not sticking to camp job roles #ImACeleb."

While a different fan added: "Gillian thinking chopping food is camp maintenance and not cooking #ImACeleb" with laughing emojis.
