I'M A Celebrity viewers have been left in shock after a TV legend made a disgusting confession during last night's show.

Coronation Street star Sue Cleaver was joined by Boy George and Chris Moyles for a challenge in camp to win letters from home.

The trio headed to the clearing for the Balancing Challenge – where they had to cross a small, wobbling beam to place blocks on lines.

Sue, 59, was seen struggling to walk along the balance beam to place the photograph of Mike Tindall, trying to win his letter from home.

The actress – who is best known for playing Eileen Grimshaw on the ITV show – battled it out in the challenge for letters from home.

However, after the challenge – Sue made a disgusting admission as she admitted she struggled with "bending down and balancing".

Sue told the cameras: "I'm dying for a poo, I'm really sorry," leaving her celebrity co-stars in hysterics around her.

Taking to Twitter, one fan reacted: "Sue doesn't hold back when saying she's dying for a poo on I'm A Celeb."

Another chimed in: "Of course Sue needs a poo," as a third added: "The only time Sue is on-screen is when she's talking about poo."

A fourth agreed, alongside a GIF of someone rushing to the loo: "Sue after the balance bar challenge, 'No stars for you, I need to do a poo'."

It comes after I'm A Celeb viewers were all left with the same complaint after Sue broke down in tears during the episode.

As word reached camp that nobody would be leaving the jungle, Sue's emotions got too much and she broke down.

In the Bush Telegraph, she said: "I should be really excited that nobody's going home, but I'm just feeling a little bit low.

"I'm homesick and I'm tired, I've hit a wall."

Rugby star Mike Tindall then consoled Sue as she sobbed in the RV, telling him that she was "just having a moment".

But instead of rushing to comfort Sue, viewers took to Twitter to slam her for not taking part in any of the trials.

One fan said: "Sue crying over not wanting to do any trials…. Have I missed something!?! How many has she done lol?"

"Sue have a cheek singing 'bring back the stars when she's not done a trail' or got off her back for that matter," said another viewer.

A third posted: "Sorry Sue you've really just become an ornament – your time's up! Then hopefully Mike next."
