This week This Morning presenters Alison Hammond and Josie Gibson shared a glamorous snap from the ITV Palooza event – showing off their slimmed-down figures.

It comes after Lorraine Kelly showed off her own impressive weight loss on Instagram earlier this week.

The Scottish presenter, 62, has dropped two dress sizes after deciding she needed to slim down.

She told fans on social media that she had manged to shed 1.5stone after switching to healthy eating habits.

Lorraine claimed she had piled on the pounds enjoying doughnuts in the morning and chocolate platters in the evening.

Lorraine is not the only daytime star that has undergone a stunning transformation during her career.

We take a look at how the other stars have changed.

Rylan Clark

Rylan started off on our TVs as the joke act on The X Factor, put through by Louis Walsh.

His deep orange fake tan, bleached blonde hair and £25,000 veneers were hard to forget, but when he made the move to daytime TV he overhauled his look.

The 34-year-old decided to cut his hair short and return it to its natural brunette.

Initially he kept his deep fake tan, but he's since adopted a more golden shade and now sports a longer, well-groomed beard.

He's also beefed up, surprising fans earlier this year with his new 14st muscular physique after his weight plummeted to 9st 13lb in the wake of his marriage breakdown.

Rylan has stepped away from graphic T-shirts and now dresses smart, often choosing block colours.

He's also splashed out on a new set of pearly white teeth, believed to have cost around £10,000.

Holly Willoughby

This Morning's Holly, 41, has had a complete style overhaul since she first appeared on the ITV breakfast show.

The telly host initially had long hair styled in big bouncy waves, but a couple of years ago she chopped it to shoulder length.

Mum-of-three Holly has also lost weight, but has never disclosed her secrets.

"It's a personal thing for me, and I think people get obsessive with it," she explained.

It's widely reported she enjoys regular Pilates and kick-boxing, with a punch bag in her spare room.

It's believed Holly sticks to a low carb diet but does allow herself the occasional treat like pizza.

Alison Hammond

Fan favourite Alison, 47, has stunned viewers after shedding two stone over the past few years.

The Brummie mum-of-one told how she managed it by removing sugar from her diet after tipping the scales at 20st at her largest.

Alison had previously been fitted with a gastric band in 2006 but her body rejected it.

"Embarrassed" by her weight, in 2019 Alison was unveiled as the latest Weight Watchers – now known as WW – ambassador and has been slowly slimming down ever since.

After her beloved mum's death in 2020, Alison wanted to make sure she had a full life.

The star has also started wearing brighter, bolder colours and more figure-hugging clothes, moving away from here trademark long cardigans.

Kym Marsh

BBC Morning Live presenter Kym, 46, has had quite the overhaul since moving from being a popstar in Hear'Say to a TV presenter.

During her time in the band she was branded "the fat one" – Popstars judge Nigel Lythgoe made a cruel jibe during the show, saying: "Christmas may be gone but I see the goose is still fat."

The mum-of-four has ditched her slicked-back hair, baseball caps and logo tops for a more classy look.

Now she is mostly seen wearing tailored trousers or slim fitting dresses with her brunette hair loose and glossy.

On top of this, Kym has become a fitness fanatic and boasts a very toned stomach which is starting to show a six pack.

And she's certainly showing more confidence in her incredible figure if her glamorous Strictly outfits are anything to go by.

Josie Gibson

Regular This Morning guest host Josie, 37, has spent years yoyoing with her weight after trying to keep herself thin with dieting.

The former Big Brother star has since said she's learned to love her curves and feels more body confident since having her son Reggie, four.

At her heaviest she was a size 18, but she's slimmed down to a size 14 without relying on restrictive dieting.

Talking about her weight in a comment piece for The Sun, she wrote: "I’ll never understand someone who can just have one square of chocolate and put it back in the cupboard – I do not have that restraint.
