Kate Garraway left red faced after ‘toe curling’ moment huge BBC star bursts in on her on the loo | The Sun

KATE Garraway was left red faced after a ‘toe curling’ moment occurred while she was on the toilet.

The Good Morning Britain presenter, 56, revealed that a huge BBC star burst in on her in arguably one of the most awkward places – the loo.

Kate was up early this morning to get to the studio before her radio show at 10am.

While waiting for her laptop to update, she decided to pop to the bathroom and somehow managed to fall asleep on the toilet.

Actor and comedian Alexander Armstrong, 53, then opened the door while she was in there – which left her feeling very embarrassed.

Kate told her listeners: “I’ve had quite the morning! Got in super early to do some work before coming on air to do the show on Smooth and my laptop needed an update.

"Then Alexander Armstrong from Classic FM bursts in. ‘Oh my god, Kate. I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry!’

"Oh it was toe-curling! I haven’t faced him yet – he’s still on air. I was so embarrassed!”
