Killer Ravi learns Suki's plan to leave Nish in EastEnders

With Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) keeping a close eye on Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) in EastEnders, they begin to wonder whether their plan to be together and ultimately destroy Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) has been discovered by one of the worst possible people – Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara).

In terms of reliability, Ravi isn’t exactly top of our list. This is a man who, in order to save himself from going back to prison, let Suki believe that she murdered Ranveer, and started a relationship with Chelsea (Zaraah Abrahams) just to make Denise (Diane Parish) jealous.

As a distraught Vinny (Shiv Jalota) searches for answers about Suki’s recent accident, Nish does his best to shut down his son’s theory about it being an attempt of life, something that impacts his character, as Shiv explained to us recently:

‘Vinny doesn’t really have a lot of male figures around him – Kheerat is in prison and Jags passed away, so he’s constantly looking for his dad’s affirmation as he really wants to prove himself and to be loved.

‘We see him strive to be what he perceives his dad wants him to be and he’s willing to sacrifice everything for that. Nish was in prison for a long time so he hasn’t really had that figure in his life and so I think there was part of Vinny that looked up to him in some ways.

‘However, he’s getting to know some of Nish’s traits and qualities and he starts to question his dad’s authorities as he understands his dad is not perhaps as perfect as he thought.’

Once Eve (Heather Peace) becomes aware that Vinny thinks Nish was responsible for the ordeal, she fears for her secret lover, which fuels the theory.

Later on, at the hospital, Eve and Suki worry about whether Ravi has discovered her plan to leave Nish, but what will happen next if he has?

As Suki returns home, Vinny tries to get his mum to open up about her feelings, but Nish puts a stop to it.

With no one to turn to, Vinny ends up voicing his fears to Ravi and is stunned to hear that Suki was planning on leaving Walford.

But is this a sign her plan to be with Eve is about to be revealed?

If Ravi knows everything, who’s side will he be on, given the already difficult relationship with his dad?
