KIM Kardashian has shown off a drastic new look fans are saying is unrecognizable in a TikTok with her daughter North West.
The Kardashians star lip-synced wildly with her oldest child in the clip, but fans couldn't get past her appearance.
North, nine, and Kim, 42, teamed up for a new video set to a sped-up version of Katy Perry's Hot N Cold.
The video started off with the SKKN mogul mouthing the word, moving her head and hands around as she sang.
A filter over the clip scrunched her forehead in the middle, making her eyebrows arch in a dramatic way and skewing her appearance.
North appeared second, doing many of the same moves as her mom with the same filter applied.
Fans have been buzzing about Kim's appearance for some time now and not just because of North's TikToks.
Viewers have noticed some concerning things about the Skims founder's looks as of late.
One such worrisome sign came during the most recent episode of The Kardashians.
Kim brought fans along as she made her way to the Met Gala.

NERVOUS NELLY
During the episode, the mom of four was shown stuck in traffic on her way to the event.
While inside the van, the Hulu star seemed worried as she shouted: "Wait, we get out here?
"No, it was back there? We missed the dropoff!"
Kim yelled at the driver: "We have to go around again! Where's the road!?
"It's behind us, buddy!"
In her confessional, the reality star said: "There's so much going on.
"I look up, and it's too late! I realized we had one dropoff location. And we overshot it."
While the van was stranded in the streets of New York, Kim stuck her tongue out, licked her lips, and shouted: "It's super urgent! No one's going to see us!"
FANS REACT
In an online thread, viewers noticed the TV star licking her lips when she started getting nervous.
One fan noted: "When she's having a meltdown, her quirk is to lick her lips."
Another fan added: "The part of her lip wall that is supposed to stay inside her mouth is now partly exposed."
A third fan mentioned: "We know nervousness causes dryness of throat and mouth.

It's not just Kim that fans are buzzing about, however.
Amid the chatter about the star's weight loss, her nervous habits, potential plastic surgeries, and the like, fans are also talking about her daughter North.
The tot has seemingly been more active on social media as of late, recently showing off a makeover on the app.
In the video, she lip-synced along to Ariana Grande's song Santa Tell Me.
Kim went bare-faced in the video and wore simply black sweats.
However, fans couldn't help but notice the heavy makeup North was wearing.
They took to a popular Kardashian Reddit thread to express their concern.
One wrote: "Makeup on a 9-year-old and 9-year-old looking grown on social media is not cool. Yes, girls experiment with makeup but you don't post those on social media for the masses.
"We all know this family isn't doing this innocently — they are pushing her out in the family business at 9 years old. It's gross," they continued.
Another wrote: "Personally I feel like 9 is too young for make up. I mean if you think about it, she’s only in third grade."
One argued: "I have to assume she’s not wearing makeup to school. I know I was playing with makeup from Claire’s when I was elementary school age lol."
"I feel like 9 is such a normal age for wanting to wear makeup and dress up. I'm 31 but I remember they sold little makeup kits for kids back in the day," said another fan.
