Love Island fans in hysterics as Ekin-Su tells Jack Keating: life is a rollercoaster

Ekin-Su left Love Island viewers in hysterics as she told Ronan Keating's son Jack "life is a rollercoaster" as he left the villa for the last time.

Thursday night's episode was a tense time for everyone involved, as couples came to an abrupt and bitter end, such as Tasha and Andrew, as well as Dami and Indiyah.

There were tense moments for the couples that stayed together too, with both Ekin-Su and Paige finding out their respective partners, Davide and Jacques, decided to use the few days away to "test" their new relationships.

But a brief moment of hilarity came as the six Islanders not chosen in the recoupling left the villa for the last time, with Ekin-Su giving Jack a hug and telling him "life is a rollercoaster", a song released by Jack's dad, Boyzone member Ronan Keating, back in 2000.

Viewers were left in hysterics because of Ekin-Su's witty joke, with one person writing: "“life is a rollercoaster” to ronan keatings son" and several crying emojis.

Another person wrote: "Ekin-Su, shaking in anger, still able to deliver “life is a rollercoaster” to Jack Keating as he leaves, incredible".

A third said: "Still deeping how Ekin-Su said life is a rollercoaster when she said bye to Ronan Keatings son."

A number of fans were quick to deem Ekin-Su the winner of Love Island, while some simply said "She is gold". Others questioned how many times Jack has heard that in his life.

But Ekin-Su had some conflict herself in Thursday's episode, with Mollie Salmon dropping the bombshell that Davide had been kissing and sharing a bed with her during Ekin-Su's time at Casa Amor.

Mollie said: ‘‘We were sharing a bed most nights and we were kissing. He said he'd had his eye on me from the start. I am a bit confused but it's one of those things."

Ekin-Su immediately removed her hand from Davide's, and when she was asked how she felt, she replied: "I can't talk. I'm shaking, I'm actually shaking."

Davide and Ekin-Su quickly met up for a follow-up chat as the Italian told her that he believed in their connection. He told her that he had done "nothing special" with Mollie, but she had been the only one he was attracted to.

He said Mollie had been his test as he told Ekin-Su her test had been with Jay – who she controversially kissed on the terrace while partnered up with Davide earlier in the series.
