Love Island Reunion air date is just days away after Ekin-Su and Davide win £50k
The latest season of Love Island may be over, but eager viewers won't have to wait too long until this year's Islanders are back on our screens.
Series eight of the show concluded last night (August 1), with Ekin-Su and Davide bagging the £50,000 prize money without the choice to split or steal the cash.
The couple made it to the final alongside Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page, who came in fourth place; Indiyah Polack and Dami Hope, who came in third place, and Gemma Owen and Luca Bish, who came in second place.
In a teaser during the finale, it was announced that the Love Island Reunion would return this year with the top four couples taking centre stage as they figure out their new lives and relationships outside of the Mallorcan villa.
Here's everything you need to know about the Love Island Reunion 2022.
When will the Love Island Reunion air?
ITV has confirmed that the Love Island Reunion will return this year, with a release date set for Sunday, August 7 at 9pm.
The reunion show will give viewers a glimpse of what the Islanders from the 2022 series have been up to since leaving the villa.
The episode will be an hour and a half long, concluding at 10.30pm.
Who will star in the reunion?
Laura Whitmore will return to our screens as the host of the Love Island reunion, just six days after the finale episode aired on TV.
The Irish presenter is likely to be joined by all the Islanders from series eight – with the spotlight shining on the four finalist couples as they return home to meet each other's families.
During the show, viewers will be supplied with doses of entertainment as the Islanders adapt to their new lives outside the villa while dishing out the gossip in exclusive interviews.
How to watch the Love Island Reunion
Love Island: The Reunion will also air on ITV2, just like the series.
It will also be available on catch-up via ITV Hub after the show has aired on TV.
