Love Island teaser sees Paige stunned over her mums savage reaction to Adam

Love Island is set for tense scenes on Sunday night as Meet The Parents returns.

In the upcoming episode, the Islanders are reunited with their friends and family in the villa as they discuss their time on the ITV2 show, as well as their new partners.

And in a first look teaser it sees Paige Thorne left unimpressed with her mum Samantha's "savage" reaction to partner Adam Collard.

In the spoiler video, Paige is seen sitting with her mum and dad Peter as she asks: "So… what are you thinking of Adam?"

To which her mum is hesitant to reply as she pulls a face and goes: "Eh…"

It then cuts to a stunned Paige in the Beach Hut as she remarks: "My mum and her savage comments, I knew she would be! I was just like: 'Oh for God's sake!'"

Also during the reunion, Paige tells her mum Samantha that Adam admits he’s a 2.0 version of himself to which she says: "That makes me feel happy."

While Adam's dad Billy tells him of Paige: "She’s amazing. Definitely. She’s a nice girl. She’s grounded."

With his friend Micky adding: "You do seem really well suited."

Also reunited with their family is Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti as Ekin-Su's mum Sezer and brother Arda arrive alongside Davide's mother Nadia and sister Valeria.

Dami Hope is greeted virtually by his sister Femi and cousin Alicia while Indiyah Polack is reunited with her mum Dee and sister Shak.

Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page are left stunned to see their parents – Tasha's dad Tarek and mum Nicky and Andrew's mother Karen and father Jamie.

While Gemma Owen is emotionally reunited with her mother Louise and friend Sarah while Luca Bish is greeted by his parents Michael and Maria.

Love Island continues every night at 9pm on ITV2.
