Love Island viewers say Adam is ‘telling Paige everything she wants to hear’ as they make romance official

And it seems things between the pair are getting rather serious after achat on Thursday that saw them go official. That wasn’t the end though, and on Friday they had another conversation about what life outside the villa will look like.

Paige told the girls he said: "I've never felt like this about someone." She added: "I'm just sat there like [fanning face] what do I say because I don't want to say 'oh I do'."

Adam told the boys: "I don't want to see her with anyone else, she doesn't want to see me with anyone else.

"Like its so easy with Paige. I don't have to make an effort because it's so natural".

Adam happily admitted: "We all know I've been around the block but when you know you know.”

However, some viewers weren’t convinced by 26 year old Adam’s words and took to social media to share their thoughts.

An unimpressed viewer said: “Anyone else think Adam is just telling Paige everything she wants to hear? Exclusive after a week? This guy wouldn’t have it…”

Another said: “Think he's acting, he's only been with her 1 week and he mentioned "Exclusive" , that's not the true Adam. Paige is an easy target.”

While one more pondered if he’d changed since his first stint in the villa four years ago: “Adam seems serious about Paige. Is he being genuine, like has he changed from his previous season or is he just being a good actor? Haven’t seen his previous season but read many horrible things about him that i hope he’s changed. He’s older now, so maybe he’s matured.”

Though one viewer was a huge fan of the duo: “Adam & Paige fan club member right here ngl”.

During Thursday’s episodeAdam pulled Paige aside for a chat beside the fire pitas he told her: “I hate the word exclusive, but like I want to use it as well, ‘cause that’s the way I feel right now.”

Smiling in disbelief, Paige replied: “Really?! Like serious now?”

To which Adam replied: “I’m being deadly serious.” He then sealed his words with a kiss.

Adam, who had previously appeared on the 4th season of the ITV dating show, has garnered a reputation in recent years for being somewhat of a ladies man which has prompted many of the fan reactions.
