Love Island's Ekin-Su has convinced Davide to take major step in their relationship | The Sun
LOVE Island winner Davide Sanclimenti has admitted that his girlfriend Ekin-Su has convinced him to move to her hometown.
The Italian hunk, 27, who has always been based in Manchester, and his Turkish actress girlfriend, 28, were both reluctant to make the move but have settled on living in Essex together.
However Davide has revealed that he has been given a tour of the county by his stunning girlfriend Ekin and has even met her dad.
He said: “We speak nearly every day about planning to live together but we don’t have a date yet, we don’t know yet, but probably soon.
“Sometimes we look to move probably to Essex but nothing is confirmed yet.”
Asked if Ekin-Su had persuaded him to move down south, he said: “Yes she is convincing me to move from Manchester to Essex…apparently!”

Davide continued: “I just said ‘you know what? I feel like it would be a good idea that if we need to move in together I can come down to Essex.
“I went one day to meet her dad and saw the area and it is nice and lovely there so if I were to probably move from Manchester it could be a good idea to go to Essex.”
It comes after a source told The Sun that Davide wanted to stay put up north after they won the £50,000 prize money in August.
“Davide has made a good group of friends in Manchester, he really likes the city and could have lots of work there,” a source explained.

They both showed on Love Island just how strong willed they can be but Ekin thinks Davide really needs to show her she’s ‘his queen’, rather than just saying it all the time.
Meanwhile Davide has partnered with Prezzo to bring couples together of tiramisu, revealing how Italian food has brought him closer to Ekin.
The Islander, who will be donning his chef whites to serve up classics from the brand new Prezzo menu, said: “Well I remember at the beginning of the relationship when we met in the villa, quite a few times we were finding each other in the kitchen,” he said.
Asked how food has brought him closer to Ekin, he said: “I think we are the perfect example – even when we had an argument we made a carbonara and when I wanted to ask her to be exclusive I made tiramisu for her.”
Couples will be able to book their own Davi-Date Nights this autumn at selected Prezzo restaurants.
