Mark Wright shows off huge bulge as he jumps into a freezer wearing only black pants ahead of the London Marathon | The Sun

MARK Wright found a way to chill out ahead of the London Marathon by jumping into a huge freezer.

The ex Towie star stripped to his underwear and told fans on Instagram: "Three days until the marathon. Cryo chamber, recovery, let's have ya!"

Mark, 35, wore a pair of gloves and socks to protect his extremeties and the tiny pair of pants for his cryotherapy session.

Also called cold therapy, it uses liquid nitrogen to reduce the air temperature to well below the lowest naturally recorded on Earth — a bone-chilling -89.2C in Antarctica in 1983.

The -200C temperatues in the chamber are said to help with various ailments and get rid of up to 800 calories in a single five-minute £100 session.

Brave TV star Mark gave it a go and could be heart yelping as he stepped inside plumes of cold mist.

A shivvering Mark finally emerged and joked: "Oh Jesus. My willy, it shrivelled up. It's frozen!

"Feeling good, mentally and physically."

Mark, who was forced to pull out of the London Marathon last year because of a torn calf muscle, told The Sun he has struggled with his marathon training as he prepares to take on the historic London event for the first time.

Mark, who has teamed up with FLORA for their Get Towns Active campaign, has been training for almost two years for the historic marathon.
