Phil violently attacks drug lord Jonah in EastEnders Queen Vic showdown
Things were very tense indeed during tonight’s EastEnders following Phil Mitchell’s (Steve McFadden) return from the dead.
Phil landed himself in trouble in prison last week, fearing he would die after Craig’s threats.
The criminal gangster had no choice but to accept DI Keeble’s offer of becoming a police informant as he knew if he didn’t, he’d end up being murdered.
Back in Walford, as Phil kept everything quiet, it meant Kat (Jessie Wallace), Sharon (Letitia Dean) and many residents all believed he was dead.
So yes, it was quite a shock when they later saw Phil at the bar in Peggy’s!
Getting settled back into life in Albert Square isn’t Phil’s priority in tomorrow’s episode, as he needs to find out why the club was raided.
As viewers know, Sam (Kim Medcalf) orchestrated the event at the club a few weeks ago but to everyone else, she just looks like someone who sacrificed their life in order to save Kat from being shot.
These new pictures show the moment Phil confronts dodgy Jonah (Mark Mooney) about the incident, unaware of what his sister’s been up to.
As things get heated, Phil lashes out at Jonah, throwing a stool across the room and warns him to away from his family.
But will Phil learn the truth about Sam?
It’s a risky game Sam is playing…could she lose everything and everyone if her secret gets out?
