Spoilers: Jay in EastEnders leaves Ben upset in latest Lola death tragedy scenes

Lola Pearce (Danielle Harold) and Jay Brown (Jamie Borthwick) are making the most of their final months together in EastEnders by planning their wedding.

Jay popped the question on Christmas Day, just weeks after Lola was diagnosed with an incurable brain tumour.

However, Jay’s decisions are set to leave Ben (Max Bowden) upset, as they get their wires crossed in upcoming scenes.

Ben is set to be gutted when he realises that Jay hasn’t asked him to be his best man.

Having been best friends for years, he is upset to have been forgotten about. The pair have certainly had their ups and downs, but have been on good terms in recent years.

However, what Ben doesn’t know is that he already is the best man.

Jay, who undoubtedly has a lot on his plate, thinks that Ben already knows about his role in the wedding.

Will the pair discuss the matter before the big day, or will Jay end up losing his best man as well as a friend?
