A STUNNED mum gasped 'bloomin' hell!' as she was stripped naked for a plastic surgery grilling on Send Nudes: Body SOS.
The E4 show is hosted by Vogue Williams and sees participants shown nude avatars of themselves while they discuss how surgery could alter their appearance.
On a recent episode, Elle, 23, joined Vogue to talk about how becoming a mum to her four-year-old son had changed her body andhow that made her feel.
Elle explained how she had started to embark on a modelling career in her teens before falling pregnant at 19.
When Vogue asked where she felt things had gone wrong regarding her self-confidence, Elle said: "It was after the birth, I just turned big all of a sudden.
“I used to love my body, I was so confident, my body now actually does make me feel disgusting sometimes.

“I’m young and my body is very old looking, which is not what I want at my age… I’ve gone from size 4 to size tens and 12s.”
Vogue then showed Elle a stripped naked avatar version of herself, and asked the young mum what she thought.
She replied: "Bloomin' hell. I look massive, I feel like I look huge."
When Vogue asked her to elaborate on what made her feel so uncomfortable about her naked body Elle replied: "It is the stretch marks.

“My problem is my stretch marks. I’d say my stomach was plumpy, stripey, red, saggy… Just not very nice.
"I look at pictures of my body and I think, ‘that’s not how a model should look’, and it does really upset me.”
Elle was then reassured by members of the public that she had a "great body" and shouldn't feel self conscious about her stretch marks.
Meanwhile, a surgeon explained that having more children in the future could reverse any laser treatment she had now to hide them.
At the end of the programme, Elle revealed she had decided to wait until she had completed her family before having the treatment.
