I’m A Celebrity…'’s first terrifying ITV challenge has been revealed as the high-rise plank on the top of a skyscraper.

The challenge will be situated on top of a 32-story building as the show sets up in Australia for the first time in two years.

It will be filmed near Australia's Gold Coast and boats a dreaded walkway which is balanced 334 feet in the air.

This is not the first time the plank has been used on the show as it was featured in 2018 and other years prior.

However, last year's featured a similar style challenge but as it was filmed in the UK it did not have as dramatic an effect as the Oz challenge.

Before heading into camp, hosts Ant and Dec will split the celebrity contestants into two teams – which will then see celebs face each other in a battle.

It if follows suit of how it usually goes, then one of them will have to do the Walk The Plank challenge.

In the newly-shared snaps, you can see the I'm A Celeb set up on top of the giant building – with the red planks visible.

The show is returning to Australia after it was forced to go to the slightly colder climates of Wales in Grwych Castle due to Covid-19 restrictions.
And it won't be the only time campmates have got together for the challenging show this year, with a pre-recorded All Stars version gearing up to hit TV screens next year in South Africa.

In other show news, former contestant Jake Quickenden revealed how he would love to return to the ITV show.

Jake spoke exclusively to the Daily Star: "I'd go back… One hundred per cent, where was my invite this year? I would love to do it.

"I still look back on it how the hell did I do that I literally just came off X Factor and on to that.

"If it came about I think they might be doing it every other year, I heard rumours, I'd love to get involved again.

"I never got to do an eating trial – so I'd like to try that. Give me a testicle – give me a teste, you may as well go in for it."
