VIEWERS of ITV’s The Chase were left baffled after a contestant told host Bradly Walsh about her unusual toy librarian job and bizarre hobby that causes her to ‘grey out’.

Viewers of the popular ITV trivia gameshow, were left stunned after a contestant told host, Bradley Walsh

Bradley greeted four contenders to the podium and first up was Caroline.

Bradley asked Caroline to introduce herself and talk about her life and job, not realising what was about to come out of the contestants mouth.

Caroline confessed she was a “toy librarian”.

A puzzled Bradley asked her to elaborate further, so Caroline explained that she works for a charity that sends out toys to disadvantaged families and families that want to try out a toy before buying.

Bradley then asked Caroline what she likes to do with her spare time, Caroline’s peculiar answer got the whole of social media talking.

She told Bradley that she has been on over 300 rollercoaster and enjoys theme parks, but she sees herself a beginner compared to some of her friends who have been on over 3,000.

Caroline then told Bradley that she enjoys "greying out," which is what she calls the stage before fainting or "blacking out," whilst on rollercoasters.

Viewers took to Twitter to tweet about what they had just heard.

One shocked fan wrote: "Theme parks – Caroline, [I] love them too, but [I] haven't done 369 rollercoasters, ha ha."

The contestant didn’t do too well during her head to head round with Anne Hegarty, and one fan joked that had "greyed out whilst answering the questions".

Caroline even answered incorrectly to one of the questions she claimed to definitely know.

Bradley asked Caroline which show's theme tune had the words "you're a pal and a confidant" in, and the option of Gilmore Girls was presented.

An excited Caroline said that she had "seen every episode," so was completely sure that the answer was correct.

However, Bradley revealed that the correct answer was Golden Girls, to which an embarrassed Caroline admitted that she knew Anne had beaten her as she "answered very quickly".

Sure enough, Hegarty answered Golden Girls and Caroline was eventually booted off the show.

The Chase airs on ITV on weekdays at 5pm.
