The Chase’s Bradley Walsh slams player after ’embarrassing’ flirting accusations

The Chase host Bradley Walsh fumes at one of his contestants after he is accused of flirting with one of the show's pros.

The presenter looked horrified after he was the accusation was made by a contestant called Lorraine – who is 48 and a clerical officer from Belfast.

She was the first quizzer up on Tuesday's show (July 26) and made quite an impression after her speedy round.

Bradley then said to her: "Right, now time to face The Chaser, who are we taking on today?"

After he reeled off her options, she said: "I think maybe Anne but the flirting between you two might be a bit embarrassing but…"

The audience then erupted with laughter as well as Lorraine who found her own comment hilarious, before adding, "but there is there's chemistry c'mon".

Looking disgusted, Bradley spouted: "There is not Lorraine!

Fans also found it funny on social media, with one tweeting: "Is Lorraine roasting the guv’nor Bradley Walsh?… #TheChase"

This comes after Chase fans bigged up a "beast" player after a brilliant cash builder round.

On Monday's episode (July 25), a contestant called James was the day's first player to take on the solo cash builder and secured an impressive middle offer of £9,000.

James was quickly praised by The Chase fans online with fans taking to Twitter to compliment his skills.

One fan posted: "James on #TheChase is a beast," while a second commented: "Wow, James. Amazing."

While a third penned: "He could have got 12 there easy. But well done."

"Oooh he’s good," shared a fourth.
